Whether your needs require a quick bid or an RFP process, The IL Group assures all information is reviewed with you, carefully analyzed and clarified. In the case of RFPs, we will prepare a matrix, allowing you an "at a glance" comparison, showing you exactly how all vendors stack up

Once the analysis is complete, a presentation of all materials will be made. If needed, we will review the material in-depth during an on-site meeting, answering questions and guiding you through the analysis. You will come away with a clear understanding of the bid or proposals and know exactly who does and who does not meet the requirements you established. In the case of an RFP, we can arrange for vendors to visit your shop to discuss their proposal in more detail.
